Hi, I’m Lourdes Diez-Arguelles, but you can call me Luly. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, as well as a wife and mother of three. I work with women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum-related changes, fertility-related concerns, and symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause. My approach centers on individualized care, thoughtful assessment, and supporting each woman’s comfort and understanding throughout treatment.
I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2008 and have practiced across home health, hospital, and outpatient settings. My clinical focus on women’s health was shaped by my own postpartum recovery following a complicated delivery and birth injury. Navigating that experience deepened my understanding of the physical and emotional aspects of healing and reinforced my commitment to providing clear, supportive, and specialized care for women facing similar challenges.
